Begin conducting market research

Begin to keep notes on things you want to include in the franchise agreement and sales prospectus

With Nine Weeks To Go

Continue market research
Begin to gather matters related to your company’s financial date and put together some research on market trends

With Eight Weeks to Go

Confirm the information you want included in your franchise agreement and discuss the details with your lawyer
Analyse the results of market research and determine where you want to target your franchise markets

With Two Weeks to Go

Focus on advertising for the new franchise
Work with your franchisee on hiring and setting up the new location

With One Week to Go

Address any last minute concerns with the franchisee
Continue to focus on marketing

This is a heavily discounted rate - we prefer to make the mass of our fee by linking our fees to your success.

Meet all potential franchisees
Any franchisees that we feel are suitable will be invited to meet with you.
Close the sale and setup all legal contracts.
In return for handling this process and incurring many costs, our fee will be 20% of the franchise fee. This fee will only be payable on success.
